I have been renewing my lease for the past 5 years straight because I want to continue living in such enjoyment and amazing experience. Jasmine is absolutely amazing. Whenever something is new, she explains it to me thoroughly and makes sure that whatever "issue" or "problem" I had when coming into the leasing office, she makes sure I leave on a positive note with a smile on my face and makes my day. I am so blessed to live at Prados Apartments and to have such an amazing Maintenance team such as Fransisco and Raul. ? ? ? ? ?

There haven’t been any problems since I’ve been here, I have been here for half a year now. I really enjoy it. Things get cleaned up quick and I’m able to talk to the wonderful office staff. They get back to me via phone or email if I have question or problem because I work during office hours so I can’t go in. This place has everything you need.

Living in prados apartment has been pretty good. I haven't had any issues with the apartment complex. The staff members are nice if your having issues with the apartment they fix it quickly within a few days

Honest review. My wife and I lived here for almost 5 years. We lived on the West side of the property. It was always clean, the trash always got picked up, it’s never overflowing. The residents are very nice. Never had a package stolen or car broken into. They have a security guard patrolling every night! The staff were amazing.. Period. Always worked with me whenever I had problems or questions. Monique especially is an angel. She will help you out good, just be nice. The maintenance was perfect. Kind and friendly, always fixing problems quick. Our microwave broke, they came and checked it out.. wasn’t working. They ordered a new one and replaced it within days. Same with the AC. Was leaking no bueno. Changed within a day or two. My wife and I moved for a change of scenery. Mix it up a little. Would definitely live here again if it came to it.

All apartments are newly renovated. Management seem very professional, kind and caring. Monique (manager) and Tina (Assistant Manager) have been extremely helpful and lenient with my move. Every and any concern or issue you bring to the front office, guaranteed will be resolved. I wouldn’t have stood with Prados for as long I have if it weren’t for management and staff being as wonderful as they are.

I moved into Prados apartments in the middle of August. I had signed my lease before moving here from the Midwest, and I couldn’t have been happier with the transition. It was a risk to sign a lease before I had actually seen the place, but when I got here it was exactly at it as advertised. The first week I was there my car needed a jumpstart and two maintenance men, Francisco and Raul were incredibly helpful with that. Additionally, Monique in the leasing office has been awesome kind and super helpful! The interior of my space is beautiful, and it’s super nice to have a balcony in such a nice area. :)

The new management company has made some nice improvements. They are repairing the balconies and painting the exterior. They finally managed to fix the water leak so hopefully next summer the chiller won't go out again. The maintenance staff is really nice. They reprogrammed my ceiling fans so they aren't controlled by my neighbor anymore. I still have roaches but the amount has greatly reduced. There's security at night now too. No more homeless people going through the dumpster and less police activity. I have two issues: residents don't pick up after their dogs so there's a lot of dog poop everywhere. Two: management keeps billing me for MTM though I have a valid lease and for whatever reason they refuse to acknowledge it. I have to call every month to have them take the fee off and they are difficult to get ahold of.

This place used to be awful when the tides on Thomas was owned by Robinson group now it is owned by a different company I went to years with only cold water or only hot water this company was here within a month they had to fix my water fixed everything that Apartment needed they are doing some remodeling outside the Robinson group sucks

I absolutely love living here. I've been here for 3 months now. Service has been great from the office. When moving in my partner and I noticed there were a couple things that needed to be repaired by maintenance. This was fixed and they even went above and beyond and repaired a couple of other smaller things we didn't even notice until after. We even received a discount on our rent for the following month for postponing our move in another week. So grateful for that. There were a few roaches when first moving in. Have only seen a few small ones since then. The ac works great! The air temperature is controlled by the office, but I literally wake up shivering some mornings because of how cold it gets at night. I love it! Haha. Definitely recommend living here!

Tides is God giving company because I needed a place to live that was fabulous in a fabulous areas, and the Tides just washed me up. Ms. Jessica was the bomb diggity and Ms. Julissa was a sugar pie honey bun. No matter how many questions I had they answered them all so I could understand them. Mos of all, they didn't mind if I asked the same question twice. Robinson Group people you need to know you have two of the best people you could possible have and I thank you for them. Maintenance always respond immediately.

I've been living in one of the newly remodeled apartments for about 2 months now and I can safely say I made the right choice. The Robinson group does a great job maintaining this property. We had a storm just a few days ago, and the Robinson group came out almost immediately to clean everything. I'm proud to bring my friends and family here to show them where I live.
